Showroom-grade plastic parts at speed .
Laser cutting is how we deliver showroom-grade plastic parts at speed. Our laser bed handles sheets up to 3000 × 2000 mm and plastic up to 25 mm thick, flame-polished edge in a single pass, no secondary polishing required for most jobs.
The laser cuts acrylic, cast and extruded, and PETG. Polycarbonate and PVC go on the router.
Cast acrylic comes off the laser with a clean, glass-clear flame-polished edge, the finish architects, signmakers and museum fitters specify. For permanent logos, serials, and graphics we run laser marking and engraving directly into the surface, fine detail, zero consumables, every part identical.
Note: we don't laser PVC or HDPE, those go to CNC routing or welding instead. Laser cutting works best on cast and extruded acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS, PETG and polystyrene.

Where this is used .
When the project needs a clean cosmetic edge, laser cutting earns its keep. Letter sets, illuminated signage faces, dimensional letters, awards, museum-grade panels, control labels, model components and decorative panels all benefit from the single-pass polished edge.
Laser marking is permanent and consumables-free, ideal for compliance jobs that need traceable identification on plastic components, or branded retail-grade engraved finishes.

Common questions about laser cutting .
Cast and extruded acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS, PETG and polystyrene cut cleanly with a flame-polished edge in a single pass. We do not laser cut PVC or HDPE, chlorinated fumes from PVC are corrosive to the laser optics, and HDPE cuts go to CNC routing instead.
Up to 25 mm thick on a sheet up to 3000 × 2000 mm. Beyond that thickness or sheet size, parts move to CNC routing with diamond-edge polishing for the cosmetic finish.
Yes, that's the laser's advantage on cast acrylic. Edge comes off the bed glass-clear in a single pass with no secondary polishing for most jobs. Architectural and museum-grade work goes to the diamond polishing bay for an even sharper finish.
