Industrial fabrication is heavy-gauge welded work, chemical tanks, scrubbers, bunding, ductwork, machine guards and food-processing fit-outs in HDPE, polypropylene and PVC. Our welders are credentialled to recognised industry standards and we provide pressure-test documentation for compliance work.
Mining, water treatment, food processing, dairy, brewery, chemical and pharmaceutical clients all daily. We weld, repair, modify and install, on-site repair by arrangement for tanks that can't easily come off-site.
Standard fabrication includes weld procedure specifications, welder credential documentation and pressure-test sign-off where required for council, EPA and engineering compliance.

Yes for larger jobs where the part can't easily travel. We send a credentialled plastic welder on-site by arrangement, with mobile welding equipment for tanks, bunds and structural plastic repairs.
